The School of Public Finance and Taxation had a roundtable discussion on the afternoon of March 5th with Mr. Zhang Taiya, Marketing Director, and Mr. Zhang Yu, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Tianyang Junhe Tax & Finance Services Group. The topics of strengthening university-enterprise cooperation, talent development, industry-academia-research integration, and cooperative Party-building activities were discussed in detail by the two parties. The conference was attended by Dr. Huang Hao, Academic Director of the Tax Education Center, and Professor Li Jianjun, Dean of the School.

In addition to extending a cordial welcome to the guests, Dean Li Jianjun provided a succinct summary of the School's recent accomplishments, unique talent-training features, and disciplinary development. In order to provide faculty and students with more practical opportunities, he emphasized the School's dedication to university-enterprise collaboration in in-service training, research projects, practical teaching, and joint Party-building. He also suggested deeper partnerships with businesses and creative cooperation models.

In addition to outlining the company's business scope, partners, and talent needs, Mr. Zhang Yu praised the School for its strong support in past partnerships and expressed the hope that the meeting would signal the start of a stable, long-term engagement. In order to benefit both parties, he was looking forward to all-around collaboration on research initiatives, talent development, and internships.

After that, the two parties discussed the details of their cooperation. In order to address industry difficulties together, they will integrate resources in their study to merge theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Company professionals will be encouraged to teach courses and co-create practical education bases as part of the talent growth process, including opportunities for faculty field studies and student internships. Both sides committed to using this conference as a chance to turn their intentions into tangible steps, advance university-business collaboration to a higher and more profound level, and support the development of the sector and the production of top-tier tax and financial professionals.
